So you all know that I am one of 15 bloggers competing in the Most Wanted Sandwich Contest at Hillshire Farm. I thought I would share the recipe with you today for this simple but tasty sandwich.

Our mission was to come up with an original recipe that contained a Hillshire Farm Lunchmeat. It needed to be a cold sandwich with regional flair. My kitchen looked like a true test kitchen- ingredients everywhere and little bites of sample sandwiches. Virginia Baked Ham was an obvious choice! I also wanted to make a sandwich that the majority would enjoy- nothing to fancy.

This sandwich is all about the sauce- and the meat of course! It is based on ham rolls- a hot sandwich- that my co-workers make.

Make sure you head on over to the Hillshire Farm website and vote for The Historic Virginia Stacker! You will be able to print (2) $1/1 Hillshire Farm coupons too!
