May the Luck of the Irish be with you today! National Geographic has some St. Patrick’s Day Facts that I found interesting.

Traditionally we have corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots on St. Patrick’s Day. In years past I have also made Irish soda bread. We have a busy day today and will most likely eat on the run. I work all day and hubby will be shuttling Capt. M from preschool to gymnastics and the first blast ball (baseball) practice. I have also put hubby in charge of cooking today! It should be easy in the slow cooker.

Do you make an Irish meal on St. Patrick’s Day?
