Crunchy Apple Tart

I had some apples that needed to be used last week and I was inspired by Permanent Posies Cinnamon Pear Tart Recipe. This dessert is not overly sweet. As a second thought, it would probably be great with caramel drizzled over the top!

Crunchy Apple Tart

4 Large Apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 Cup Granola With Dried Fruit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sliced apples, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Place pie crust in a tart pan or a pie plate (I used a pie plate). Add apple mixture into the center of the pie crust. Sprinkle with granola. Fold pie crust up over apples and granola. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
