Vanilla Honey Butter

Did you hear the news? Butter is Back! Oh yea baby! I have been a long time butter used and lover. I figured it would be a matter of time before “they” changed their mind about the health implications of butter use. Since butter is made from natural products unlike the highly processed margarine, I gravitated to butter.

a meta-analysis published in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine found that there’s just no evidence to support the notion that saturated fat increases the risk of heart disease.”

If you have been avoiding butter, I think you can safely add it back into your diet. Of course everything in moderation! Don’t go butter crazy!

I really believe the biggest culprits in health issues are processed foods and too much sugar. For long term health lean towards natural products, eat as many whole foods as possible and eat high quality meat (organic, antibiotic and hormone free if possible).
