The Chia Company’s CHIA SEED is my personal favorite! I (Litsa) was busy making Strawberry & Blackberry Chia Jam tonight when I realized I was 1/4 cup away from being completely out of chia seeds!

I use these little protein packing seeds on everything—in everything!
