Ingredients
  • (2) 16.5 oz pkgs refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (or like amount of homemade dough)
  • (2) 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened (I used ⅓ less fat for fewer calories)
  • ½ cup sugar (or corresponding measurement for sugar substitute)
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  3. Reserve ½ a package of dough and press remaining 1 ½ packages evenly onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs; beat until well blended and mixture is smooth.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough in pan.
  6. Break apart reserved dough and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack and refrigerate.
  9. Cut into bars; serve and enjoy!
