This is a clever cake that my cousin Lisa made that would be perfect for Easter! It is very easy to make and looks beautiful set on the table.

Recipe: Sunflower Peeps Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake
  • 1 Tub Chocolate Frosting
  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 19 Yellow Peeps

Instructions

  1. Make the cake mix according to package directions.
  2. Frost the cake when it is cool and add mini chocolate chips to the top of the cake.
  3. Arrange the peeps around the cake. Leave the peeps stuck together and gently manipulate them to curve around the cake.

Thanks to my cousin Lisa for the recipe and photo!
