Easy Spicy Breakfast Burritos

Breakfast burritos are very easy to make. They are also something that you can make ahead of time and just reheat when you are running out the door. Johnsonville Sausage has a new breakfast sausage- Hot & Spicy Breakfast Links – that easily add a punch of flavor to breakfast burritos. Over the holidays, I made these super easy breakfast burritos using the new Johnsonville Hot & Spicy Breakfast Links.

Serves: 1
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs, Scrambled
  • 1 Flour Tortilla, warmed
  • 2 Johnsonville Hot & Spicy Breakfast Links
  • Sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese
  • Salsa for dipping
Instructions
  1. Cook the Johnsonville Sausage Links according to package directions. I baked mine for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. When the sausage is done, assemble the burrito. Place scrambled eggs, cheese and 2 links on the tortilla. Fold into a burrito.
  3. Serve with salsa.
Notes
* The recipe above is for a single burrito. Just increase amounts if you are making multiple! * The Hot & Spicy Links are still pretty mild in flavor. My four year old liked them! They are flavored with red and black pepper.

Remember I have farm fresh eggs. My eggs in these pictures are a lot more yellow than what you are used to seeing!
