16 oz pkg of pork sausage (substitute with ground beef, turkey or any variety of sausage you prefer)
1 tbsp olive oil
13.25 oz box whole wheat penne rigate (substitute for any variety of noodle you prefer)
13.25 oz canned mushrooms, drained
30-35 pepperonis (I used 70% less fat turkey pepperoni, but substitute for any variety you prefer)
2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium saucepan combine spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and bay leaves, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Stir occasionally while prepping other ingredients.
