Baja Fish Taco Recipe

- 2 Cups Prepared Coleslaw
- ¼ Cup Cilantro, Chopped
- ¼ Cup Cornmeal
- 4 teaspoons McCormick Chili Powder
- ¾ teaspoon McCormick Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
- 1 lb. Tilapia or other white fish
- 8 Corn Tortillas
- 1 Avocado
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl mix the coleslaw and the cilantro. Set aside.
- In a bowl mix cornmeal, chili powder, salt and garlic powder.
- Dry fish fillets with a paper towel and then dredge in the spice mixture.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet prepared with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- When fish is cooked, place a fillet on a tortilla. Add a slice of avocado and a scoop of coleslaw.
- Serve and enjoy!
