Note: I’m not going to give you any measurements because it depends really on how much you want to make.
Whole Bean Coffee Beans ( I used Starbucks Whole Bean Dark Italian Roast)
Ghirardelli Dark Melting Wafers
Instructions
Prep a large cookie sheet with wax paper.
In a microwave safe dish, melt chocolate wafers for 30 seconds, stir. If some of the wafers remain chunky heat in 5 second intervals until chocolate is smooth when stirred.
Pour in a generous handful of coffee beans and stir to coat. Add more coffee beans if needed to utilize all the melted chocolate.
Transfer beans individually to wax paper. (I used a toothpick to push off individual beans from a spoonful of chocolate covered beans onto the wax paper. It’s tedious, but it works.)
Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes until hardened.
Serve & enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in a cool place.
