1 orange bell pepper (or use red or yellow or a combination!)
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 cup frozen corn
¾ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
In a large bowl combine onions, garlic, juice from lime and orange and salt. Stir until combined and let rest while you chop the rest of the vegetables.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
Mix well and serve!
