⅛ teaspoon ground paprika (and a little more for sprinkling over the finished dip)
Juice of 1⁄2 or 3⁄4 of a lemon
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth.
Or you can add a little bit of water to your blender and combine these ingredients in it---add water as you are blending so that your dip isn’t too runny.
Serve with your favorite crackers and/or fresh vegetable spears.
