Brush both sides of tuna steaks with olive oil and season each side with salt & fresh ground pepper.
Grill for 2 minutes on each side.

Fresh tuna steaks have great flavor all on their own so there is no need to over-season or get fancy with a plethora of ingredients & they are best when seared on the outside and pink in the inside like a good medium rare steak so be sure not to OVER COOK!
