Marinated Beef Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds Choice Top Sirloin, cut into 1" pieces
  • ⅓ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • Various vegetables of your choice
  • Wooden Skewers
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire, vinegar, garlic and honey. Place mixture in a gallon size plastic zipper bag.
  2. Add beef to marinade and place in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for at least an hour up to overnight.
  3. Place wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes before assembling kabobs.
  4. Assemble kabobs with desired vegetables and the marinated beef.
  5. Heat grill to medium-high.
  6. Add kabobs and grill for about 15 minutes rotating a few times.
