Ingredients
  • 2½ cups chopped tomatillos
  • ⅓ cup chopped white onion
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped seeded Serrano chile
Instructions
  1. Combine all of these ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse to finely chop salsa.
  3. Chill. Enjoy with your favorite chips!
