Salsa Verde Recipe

- 2½ cups chopped tomatillos
- ⅓ cup chopped white onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chopped seeded Serrano chile
- Combine all of these ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse to finely chop salsa.
- Chill. Enjoy with your favorite chips!
