file it friday

During the week I come across a lot of articles and blog posts that I think are worth reading. Or I come across a new recipe I want to try or a craft idea. Most of the time I don’t have time to read the whole article or follow through with making the the item at that moment. The ideas are just “filed” away for another day.

I thought it would be fun to share some of the ideas and articles I come across so you can file them for later. Plus this will give me a way to “file” the links to articles I want to read more about later!

This weeks File it Friday ideas:

How-to-Plant-Herbs-In-Mason-Jars-46-copy_thumb

Herbs in Mason Jars: I love the look of herbs planted in mason jars! Perfect for the window seal.

T-Shirt Quilt: This is a beginners guide for making a t-shirt blanket! Perfect for a child that has a lot of sports shirts!

Build a Garden Fence: If you live in an area with a lot of wildlife, a fence for your garden is needed. This garden fence is similar to what we have. Between the fence and dogs, we don’t have issues with deer eating our garden!

Homemade Enchilada Sauce: The other day I was out of red enchilada sauce. I ended up using green sauce but this recipe looks very easy!

Seed Starting Calendar: This is a very helpful article on when to start sowing seeds indoors. It also has great info on which plants transplant well.

I would love for all of you to share your File it Friday finds! Did you come across a post this week that is worth sharing? A recipe, a craft, parenting tip or another good article? Feel free to share the link in the comment box below!
