file it friday

During the week I come across a lot of articles and blog posts that I think are worth reading. Or I come across a new recipe I want to try or a craft idea. Most of the time I don’t have time to read the whole article or follow through with making the the item at that moment. The ideas are just “filed” away for another day.

I thought it would be fun to share some of the ideas and articles I come across so you can file them for later. Plus this will give me a way to “file” the links to articles I want to read more about later!

This weeks File it Friday ideas:

watercolor paint

Homemade Watercolor: If you have dried up markers, turn them into watercolor paint!

Avocado Lentil Salad: I am trying new recipes for my work week lunches! This looks really easy since I can cook the lentils ahead of time.

Spaghetti Squash Crust: This recipe is for an asparagus quiche with a spaghetti squash crust. However, I believe you could use this spaghetti squash crust for any type of quiche! Great for those of you that are cutting carbs!

Prosciutto Wrapped Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates: Okay, I was going to go with all healthy food until this recipe popped up! Bacon wrapped dates are divine. I can only imagine the addition of creamy goat cheese would make them spectacular!

Sweet Potato Spinach Egg Boat: A filling meal anytime of day!

I would love for all of you to share your File it Friday finds! Did you come across a post this week that is worth sharing? A recipe, a craft, parenting tip or another good article? Feel free to share the link in the comment box below.
