fitness appsPrevention Magazine featured 7 Fitness Apps they loved in May 2014. Since that specific page is still on my desk this year, I thought I’d share a few fitness apps from their list—they may just be the fitness tools that are worthy of our time in 2015!?!

Nike + Training Club, N+TC: Suited for those of us that love variety! Relaunched with extra persk like a customizable 4-week program, it delivers top-notch strength and cardio routines with easy-to-follow coaching. (FREE)

Shazam: Suited for Playlist Junkies!?! If you love your instructor’s tunes, you might like Shazam’s new auto-tracking feature that identifies and tags every song played over the next hour, giving you one-touch access to your favorites on iTunes. (FREE)

Charity Miles: If you love to do GOOD—and give back, you love that you can log workouts and earn donations for organizations like Stand Up to Cancer; 25 cents for every mile you walk/run and 10 cents for every mile cycled. (FREE)

Hot 5: One for CORE enthusiasts! Five moves, 5 minutes. Try one of the 75 quickie routines after a run, or stack a few for a full workout. (FREE)

Who’s moving more in 2015—Fitness Apps are our workout partners!?!

No excuses!
