Ice-Box Pink Lemonade Pie Recipe

As the weather warms up, it’s always nice to have a cool treat. Not only is this pink lemonade pie recipe super easy, it is refreshing on a hot day. This recipe makes two ice-box pies. They do need to made ahead of time so they will set. Just throw the ingredients together the night before and your ice-box pie will be ready the next day!

Ice-Box Pink Lemonade Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz container of cool whip
  • 12 oz frozen pink lemonade - thaw prior to mixing in the pie filling
  • 14 oz Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 2 small graham cracker crusts
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine the cool whip, pink lemonade and condensed milk.
  2. Mix on high until they all blend together in a creamy texture.
  3. Pour into two small graham cracker crust pie shells.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and serve ice cold lemonade pie the next day!
