Are you getting your daily greens? If you need a green boost, try this juicing recipe. This is a great juice to drink after your workout or for an afternoon pick-me-up! This recipe made enough juice for two pint sized canning jars.
- One bag of 50% baby spinach/50% bay lettuces (Spring Mix)
- Two more handfuls of spinach
- 2 Granny Smith Apples
- 4-5 Carrots
- 1 little knob of ginger
- 2 slices of pineapple
- Wash all produce and chop into large pieces that will fit in your juicer.
- Juice all produce.
- Serve over ice if you prefer a chilled juice.
