menu plan monday

Normally I post the work week menu plan but this week we are on VACATION! We are staying in a place with a full kitchen and will be cooking most of our meals. Cooking while on vacation will save us a ton of money; especially with the kids. I brought a large tote from home with condiments, snacks, seasonings, plastic baggies and such from home. After a trip to the local grocery store, we should be all set!

If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.

Breakfast: cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, fruit.

Lunch: PB&J (my boys hands down favorite lunch!), cold cuts, leftovers from dinner

Monday-  Buffalo Chicken Wraps, pasta salad

Tuesday- Chicken enchiladas (per hubby’s request!)

Wednesday- Pork Loin, grilled veggies, rice

ThursdayHomemade pizza, chicken wings, green salad

FridaySpaghetti with Italian Sausage, green salad, cheesy bread

What is on your menu this week?
