The Holiday season is full of joy but it can also be full of stress. Although I love Christmas and the reason to celebrate, it is so easy to get caught up in the retail stress. The shopping, wrapping and extra commitments, can make you weary. Make sure you take time for yourself to destress. It’s so important to take care of you – even if it’s just five minutes of peace a day.

You may have noticed the slowing down of posts here on How to Have it All recently. Although I love providing you all with content, I have come to realize my limitations. Instead of stressing about the next post (which I have done for many years!), this year I’m taking a step back. If I get around to writing wonderful, if not I’ll get to it the next day. This concept can easily be applied to your life too.

Whatever your commitments are, remember that you need to be good to your body too. The laundry isn’t going anywhere and those dishes will be fine until tomorrow. I’m learning to let some things go. If my body is not taken care of, I certainly can’t be the best provider for my family. So sometimes sleep wins!

Lately I’ve turned to Essential Oils to help me relax and get those much needed z’s. Relax and reflect with 21 Drops Essential Oil Therapy it’ll do your soul good.

Evolution Fresh

For the body, get those much needed nutrients with Evolution Fresh Sweet Greens and Lemon. This is one of my favorite on the go drinks that provides me with that extra boost of green vegges. Look for Evolution Fresh at Starbucks or specialty grocers.

Even though your day may be stressful, there is always something that is good. Find the good in every day. Change your perspective. Your mind will function much better and you’ll be a more pleasant person if you celebrate the little joy’s in life.

I would love to know what you are doing to take time for yourself this Holiday season? What keeps your body, mind and soul healthy?
