I love the taste of peanut butter! Actually my whole family loves peanut butter. I recently found PB2 which is a powdered peanut butter! I thought it sounded very strange, but decided to give it a try.

PB2 has 85% less fat calories than traditional peanut butter. There are only 45 calories in 2 tablespoons of PB2. The ingredients in PB2 are roasted peanuts, sugar and salt. Yep, just three ingredients! What they do is remove all of the fatty oils from the peanuts and then dehydrating what is left. Just mix the powder with water if you want it to be in traditional peanut butter form.

So how does it taste?

It tastes really good! I have been adding PB2 to my smoothies. It gives my smoothies a nice peanut butter taste without adding a ton of calories. There are also several snack recipes that call for PB2. I make an easy oatmeal bite snack with PB2, rolled oats, honey and chocolate chips. It is really tasty and fulfills my dessert cravings.

Have you tried PB2? What are your thoughts?
