Pine-Apple-Carrot Zinger Juicing Recipe

This is a refreshing juice with a little zing from the fresh ginger! Fresh juice is full of vitamins and nutrients to get your day started right! Or maybe as an afternoon pick-me-up?! Remember the more ginger you use, the spicier it will be. If you don’t like a lot of spice, start with a small amount of fresh ginger. You can always add more!

Pine-Apple-Carrot Zinger
Recipe type: Juice
  • 3 apples, cored
  • 4 long carrots
  • 3-4 small pineapple spears
  • 1 small knob of ginger, peeled
  1. Cut up the pineapple. Core the apples, then slice.
  2. Cut off ends of carrots, wash and juice along with the pineapple spears and ginger. Serve chilled!
