This is a refreshing juice with a little zing from the fresh ginger! Fresh juice is full of vitamins and nutrients to get your day started right! Or maybe as an afternoon pick-me-up?! Remember the more ginger you use, the spicier it will be. If you don’t like a lot of spice, start with a small amount of fresh ginger. You can always add more!
- 3 apples, cored
- 4 long carrots
- 3-4 small pineapple spears
- 1 small knob of ginger, peeled
- Cut up the pineapple. Core the apples, then slice.
- Cut off ends of carrots, wash and juice along with the pineapple spears and ginger. Serve chilled!
