I have been making Pumpkin Banana Bread on the weekends and it always leaves me with a little extra pumpkin puree. It’s never enough to make another loaf of bread. So I came up with this smoothie recipe that had been my breakfast staple for the last week.

Pumpkin Smoothie

Author:
Recipe type: Beverage
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ Cup Ice
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
Notes
* If you don't have almond milk, try regular milk. But you will most likely have to add a sweetener like honey.

  1. YUM, pumpkin is probably my favorite food. Thanks for sharing. I found you through the “making crafts for kids”, saving the family money site. My girls and I can’t wait to try out the birdseed ornament recipe. Blessings, Lisa
