Simple, fresh & festive for your 4th of July festivities on for any day of the year! This is a very easy recipe for a yogurt parfait. It can be served for breakfast or as a dessert! Remember that Greek yogurt will add a little more protein to this dish. There are so many variations you can do. Use different types of fruit, drizzle with honey or add chia seeds. Whatever way you make your yogurt parfait, it’s sure to be a hit!
- Approximately ½ cup each strawberries (stems removed & sliced), raspberries & blueberries
- 1.5 cups vanilla or plain Greek yogurt, divided
- In two mason jars or a two large cups layer ingredients: yogurt, strawberries, yogurt, raspberries, yogurt, and top off with blueberries.
- Serve & enjoy! Yields 2 servings!
