Cauliflower is such a versatile vegetable. It can be served so many ways! I admit that I have never been a huge fan of raw cauliflower. However, roasted cauliflower has become my go to vegetable as of late. Roasted cauliflower is simply amazing. It really is a descendant flavor. The bonus to using cauliflower is that it can take on the flavor of the spices you use. I have a recipe coming soon with roasted cauliflower that resembles buffalo chicken wings!

cauliflower in bag

Making roasted cauliflower bites couldn’t be easier. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Put the cauliflower in a plastic bag. Add the butter and coconut oil to the bag followed by the spices. Give the bag a few good shakes to coat the cauliflower. Then all you need to do is roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven. Make sure you turn the cauliflower a few times during the baking time. This will allow the cauliflower to brown on all sides.

Litsa used precut cauliflower pieces that she found on manager markdown at the grocery store. This will save time!
Serve as side dish or appetizer. Great dipped in ranch dressing or a spicy wing sauce.
