Watermelon, Cucumber & Tomato Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe

So I just posted the Poppy Seed Balsamic Vinaigrette recipe and I wanted to post the salad recipe that I used the dressing for. Over the weekend we ate out at a local barbecue place and they served a watermelon, cucumber and tomato salad with a buttermilk dressing. I liked it but thought the poppy seed dressing would be better- so I gave it a try. It’s a great combo of semi-sweet but crunchy salad.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix the watermelon, tomatoes and cucumber together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the dressing over top.
  3. Gently toss to coat.
Notes
* Add sliced red onion if you like onions in your salad. * You might want to refrigerate the salad for about an hour to let the flavors combine.
