menu plan monday

I continued on my cooking spree over the weekend and made several snack items for the week. I made homemade granola bars, homemade larabars, oatmeal banana muffins and frozen yogurt covered bananas. I have a system now and the snack items don’t take me that long to prepare. I have had great feedback from the boys too- they have liked the homemade items better than the packaged stuff!

If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.

Monday- Mushroom Risotto, Chicken, Broccoli (cheating with the risotto and using homemade cream of mushroom soup I made over the weekend!)

Tuesday- Hamburgers, Sweet Potato Fries (Hubby’s birthday request!)

Wednesday- Tacos

ThursdayQuiche, Green Salad

FridaySlow Cooker Chili, Cornbread
