Work Week Menu Plan: Back to Regularly Scheduled Program

We are going back to our regular schedule this week with the boys back in school and I have a full week of work. I continued with batch cooking this weekend and I made- zucchini bread, oatmeal muffins, homemade chicken nuggets, broccoli soup and butternut squash ravioli’s. The zucchini bread and oatmeal muffins are being eaten for breakfast and dessert this week. The extra chicken nuggets, broccoli soup and butternut squash are in the freezer for the future.

Monday- Taco Salad (Using ground chicken that was cooked Sunday)

Tuesday- Flatbread Pizza and salad

Wednesday- Pork Chops, Asparagus Salad, Couscous

Thursday– Roast Beef, Potatoes, Carrots

FridayBeef Stroganoff (Use leftover roast beef)
