menu plan monday

Yay! Back to menu planning! With the holidays and our week long getaway, I have hardly been cooking. Our menu’s are about to change a little bit too as hubby becomes a stay at home dad. In the coming weeks I will be cooking ahead a lot more and teaching hubby how to put a meal together. One additional benefit with him being home is that he can start roasts, crock pot meals and longer cooking items well before I get home!

If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.
