menu plan monday

Baseball ended up Saturday! Of course we enjoyed watching our boys play, but the last few weeks really made it hard to cook dinner. We are thankful for some time off from sports and an easier dinner time routine. My workout scheduled changed for the summer which does impact our dinner menu a bit. Tuesday and Thursday are now my workout nights with my coach. I spent Sunday afternoon making meals for the week to make it easier for hubby!

What I made Sunday:

baked-chicken-nuggets

Oatmeal Banana Muffins
Slow Cooker Chili (without the meat, some was frozen for future)Marinara Sauce (frozen for future)
Cornbread
Snack Mix
Homemade Baked Chicken Nuggets (frozen for future)

If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.

Monday- Slow Cooker Pork Roast, Chili Beans, Cornbread, Artichoke

Tuesday- Pulled Pork Sandwiches (Use leftover pork roast)

Wednesday- Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Salad

ThursdayBaked Chicken Nuggets, Tater Tots, Carrots

Friday– I am taking the kids on a surprise day trip to Busch Gardens! Eating out!
