Work Week Menu Plan: Cutting the Carbs

After not having a menu plan last week, I am back on track! I have changed our dinner menu to consist mostly of a protein and produce. We are trying to cut out the carbohydrates at dinner time so that I can stay on track with my getting in shape goals. We have been enjoying wonderful fruit for desserts- as hubby calls it- it’s nature’s candy!

Monday- Grilled Cheddar Turkey Burgers and Veggie Foil Packs

Tuesday- Pork Chops, Broccoli Salad

Wednesday- Grilled Chicken and Grilled Vegetables

Thursday– Ham, Sweet Potato Fries, Cole Slaw

FridaySlow Cooker Cheesy Potatoes & Ham (We have potatoes that need to be used)
