We are still primarily eating from the pantry and freezer this week. I ran to the grocery store just for milk, produce and bread for the week.

If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.

Dinner

Monday- Taco Salad

Tuesday- Buffalo Chicken Wraps (Use homemade tortillas I made Sunday)

Wednesday- Lower Fat Alfredo Sauce and Imitation Crab, Broccoli

ThursdayPotato Cheddar Soup (In the freezer)

FridayChicken Pot Pie

Lunch

Last week I made a little menu for Mr. B’s homemade lunches. Guess what? He requested that hubby make peanut butter and jelly sandwiched every day last week! He just loves peanut butter and jelly!

Snacks: Carrots and ranch dip, apples and caramel, granola bars, string cheese, clementines, crackers

Lunches: If Mr. B decides to eat something other than PB&J, there is ham and cheese, chicken nuggets and items for mini pizzas. For me, I take either a frozen meal or leftovers from the night before.

What is on your menu this week?
