Fall is here! We have had one of the mildest summer’s here in Central Virginia. For the most part, it has been absolutely beautiful. I hate to see summer go! I do love Fall – the crisp and cool mornings are my favorite. However, I know that Fall leads to winter which I dread! But for now, let’s savor the Fall and what it brings!

I did a little cooking over the weekend to help with lunches and dinners this week. I made jell-o cups for the boys lunches. I also made homemade larabars and PB2 Cookie Dough Balls for snacks. I also made rice pilaf which I will have as part of my lunch this week!
