Work Week Menu Plan: Prepping Ahead

I prepared ahead this week for our meal plan! I cooked the meat for the chili and tortellini soup on Sunday. For the soup, I just placed the cooked crumbled sausage in the freezer until we need it Thursday. I also made a pot roast which will provide the shredded beef for tacos on Tuesday. Doing this little bit of prep work ahead of time will make cooking a breeze this week.

Monday-  Slow Cooker Chili Beans and Cornbread

Tuesday- Beef Tacos

Wednesday- Spaghetti & Sausage, green salad

ThursdaySpinach Tortellini Soup

Friday– Pork Loin, Rosemary Glazed Carrots, Mashed Potatoes
