menu plan monday

We are going to be relying on our stockpile for the next couple of weeks. I will purchase perishables, but I am going to try to keep the grocery shopping to a minimum. My goal is to pay off a few bills and in order to do that, we need to make cuts. This week is extremely busy for me too! I will be gone three out of five nights this week making dinner a challenge. I did cook over the weekend to prepare though.

If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.

Monday- Chicken Stir Fry

Tuesday- Quiche and fresh fruit (made quiche Sunday)

Wednesday- Spaghetti & meatballs (sauce in freezer)

ThursdayPolenta Taco Bake (polenta made and in freezer)

Friday–  Dixie Stampede Creamy Vegetable Soup and Whole Wheat Buttermilk Biscuits (Biscuits made and in freezer)
