Work Week Menu Plan: Short Week

It’s a short week for cooking for myself. Although I am sure I will do a lot of cooking ahead in the next few days as I prepare to head to Type A Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am really looking forward to a weekend with some of my friends! Time to recharge this momma!

Monday- Leftover Pork Ribs, Brown Rice and Garbanzo Bean Salad

Tuesday- Turkey Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries

Wednesday- Pork Loin, Broccoli Salad, Corn Bread

Thursday– Eating out (The boys will need to take me to the airport after work!)

Friday– Hot Dogs, Pasta Salad
