Work Week Menu Plan: Simple Meals

Ya’ll, I’m tired. Yes, it’s only Monday, I know! With soccer season in full swing, I pretty much loose a whole day on the weekend. I feel like I got nothing accomplished over the weekend. I also have little desire to cook this week- at least that is how I feel at this moment. Alas, we have to eat! The meals will be simple and quick though.

Monday- Homemade Pizza (Cooked Italian Sausage Sunday)

Tuesday- Turkey Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries

Wednesday- Breakfast for dinner (We have an abundance of eggs and potatoes!)

Thursday– Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Soup (Soccer practice)

Friday– Lasagna, Green Salad
