menu plan monday

After a month off, I am back to menu planning! It has taken me awhile to get back on track after my holiday backslide. BUT, I am now back on track with exercising, juicing and now menu planning. It feels so good to be back to “normal”! Sunday I made my juice for the next three days. I also made a double chocolate banana cake. I was craving a dessert and this is a healthier dessert made with applesauce instead of oil and little sugar!

It turns out to be a slow cooker kind of week! Using a slow cooker is really helpful in that dinner is done when you get home. However, I do have to plan my mornings a bit better to accommodate for the needed prep time. But that is where menu planning really helps out!
