Yesterday I baked up three pie pumpkins to make homemade pumpkin puree. This resulted in eight cups of pumpkin puree! I made two batches of pumpkin bread and the remaining pumpkin puree was packaged for the freezer. My boys were so thrilled to have homemade pumpkin bread! Pumpkin puree is easy to make and there are so many pumpkin recipes that you can use it in!

Vegetable Couscous Recipe

Monday- Baked Chicken Nuggets (boys), Leftover Pork Chops (hubby & I), couscous

Tuesday- Venison Loin, Baked Potatoes, Broccoli

Wednesday- Homemade Pizza

Thursday– Tacos

Friday– Eating out
