The end of basketball season means one thing in our house – baseball season is just around the corner! In fact this week draft day for our local baseball league occurs. Since hubby coaches baseball and both boys play in different leagues, our little bit of free time is about to disappear. In the next couple of weeks I will be researching quick and easy meals to prep ahead of time. Most meals will need to be portable for eating on the go. If you have an easy portable meal idea, feel free to share in the comments!
