Work Week Menu Plan Week of 7/21/14

For the first time in six weeks, we had no commitments on the weekend! Ahhhh, it was wonderful! I actually baked, cooked and cleaned! Saturday night I made banana bread and an apple crisp using my canned apple pie filling. It was a sweet treat since I rarely make dessert! I canned 5 jars of salsa with tomatoes from the garden. I also prepared some meals for this week to make the work week easier!

Monday- Chicken, potato gnocchi and alfredo sauce (chicken already cooked)

Tuesday- Hot dogs, hamburgers and sweet potato friesĀ 

Wednesday- Homemade pizza calzones

Thursday– BBQ beef sandwiches and capri salad

Friday– Grilled fish, baked zucchini sticks
