I did some cooking over the weekend again to prepare for the week. I won’t be home for two out of five dinners this week so that means I have to prepare ahead for hubby and the boys. Sunday morning I got to work cooking and it was actually relaxing!

Monday- Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks (recipe coming soon!),  Broccoli, Couscous

Tuesday- Leftover Pork Loin, Orzo Pilaf, Green beans

Wednesday- Chicken With Lower Fat Alfredo Sauce, Carrots (Chicken cooked Sunday)

Thursday– Spaghetti & meatballs (meatballs in freezer)

FridaySpinach Tortellini Soup
