Work Week Menu Plan Week of 2/20/12

I wasn’t motivated to cook much this weekend. We had a lot of shopping to do for the house repairs and then we had a day of snow! I did bake a whole chicken Sunday night that will help with meals later in the week.

Monday- Tacos using ground turkey

Tuesday- Lower Fat Alfredo Sauce, Chicken and Broccoli

Wednesday- Buffalo Chicken Wraps (the boys will probably just have chicken and cheese wraps)

Thursday– Little Turkey Smokies wrapped in crescent rolls, Macaroni & Cheese

Friday– Pork Roast, Vegetable Couscous
