Here we go again; Monday has rolled around! Hubby and I had the luxury of a night without children this past weekend. We took advantage of this rare occasion and spent time with friends. However, that means that I did not cook at all this weekend. Usually I try to prep for the week but we were too busy out having fun! I am going to rely on quick meals as we journey into this busy week.

Monday- Scrambled Eggs, Ham and Cheese (Leftover ham from the weekend)

Tuesday- Homemade Chicken Nuggets, Macaroni & Cheese (baseball practice)

Wednesday- Pizza Casserole, Green Salad

Thursday– Baked Fish, Baked Potatoes and Asparagus, Cranberry and Feta

Friday– Pot Roast, Carrots, Mashed Potatoes
