In a medium sauce pan melt the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil flax seeds and chia seeds over medium low heat. Stir constantly until melted. Turn off the burner when melted.
Stir in oats and mix until combined.
Lastly add in shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate chips are melted.
Pour into parchment paper lined 8x8 pan and stick in the fridge. Mine didn't fill up the whole pan as I wanted my bars a bit thicker.
Once cooled, lift the bars out of the pan on the parchment paper. Cut into desired size. Store in the fridge.
