2 tbsp PB2 powder (mix with 1-2 tbsp of water to form peanut butter)
1 tbsp almonds, chopped
1 apple, cut into thin slices
Cinnamon
Whole wheat wrap
Instructions
On a whole wheat wrap spread peanut butter liberally all the way to the edges, sprinkle with chopped almonds, layer with apple slices & season with cinnamon as desired---roll up!
Serve & enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with PB2 Chocolate powder or alternative nut butters for variety! Dip in honey for a little more fun & sweetness!
