Greek Turkey Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • handful cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • handful of spinach, chopped
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ onion, diced (if desired)
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (if grilling).
  2. In a large bowl use your hands to gently break apart ground turkey, toss in feta cheese, tomatoes, spinach & onion and gently mix---do not overwork it or you’ll squish all your ingredients.
  3. Divide mix into 3 equal parts and patty into burgers.
  4. Season with salt & pepper.
  5. Grill or cook as preferred.
  6. Serve & enjoy!
