In a large bowl use your hands to gently break apart ground turkey, toss in feta cheese, tomatoes, spinach & onion and gently mix---do not overwork it or you’ll squish all your ingredients.
Divide mix into 3 equal parts and patty into burgers.
Season with salt & pepper.
Grill or cook as preferred.
